You are the CEO of a pod: four people and five brands. Three specialists execute; you run the pod, own the outcome, and are the only person the client speaks to. We go deep on five brands instead of shallow on fifteen — that cap is why the standard is as high as it is.
The pod you run
A pod operates like a small company with its own clients, budget, and scoreboard. You report to the COO on operations and the CFO on anything financial, and Valoryn's founders sit in on pod reviews. There is no layer between you and the people who decide.
- Media Buyer — runs the ad account and puts spend behind what converts.
- Creator Success Director — sources, signs, and manages the creator roster.
- Content Coach — owns content quality and volume, runs the weekly campaign call.
- Client Success Director (you) — owns the client, the pod, the renewal, and the number.
What you own
- The client — the only voice of Creatify they hear. Daily updates, strategy, pivots, and the hard conversations. Hold the authority frame.
- The pod — set the pace, assign the work, clear the path, and catch underperformance in the week it starts.
- Renewals and expansion — you own the revenue inside your book. Renewal calls open five days before completion; upsells are yours to close.
- Onboarding and post-mortems — every onboarding and offboarding is yours to run, with the reason for any churn back in writing inside the week.
- Systems — when leadership ships a new process or metric, you make it real inside your pod with a clean rollout.
The scoreboard
Everything else is method. This is what you are actually measured on, and you see your numbers weekly.
- Monthly churn — 10% or less across your book (agency-wide runs under 6%)
- Renewal cycle — 35 days average from campaign start to renewal commitment
- Campaign completion — all contracted videos delivered inside 30 days
- Client ROI — 10x on spend, the number every renewal is built on
Who we hire
- Always on, with an ownership mindset — you move before anyone asks.
- Emotionally precise — you read what a client is not saying and build trust with founders and CMOs fast.
- Enterprise fluent — you have carried mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Commercially literate — CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, contribution margin, and the economics of TikTok Shop.
- A leader people follow, and self-directed enough to keep educating yourself on a market that changes monthly.
The process
- Intro call (30 min) with the COO — what you have carried, kept, and lost.
- Working session (60 min) — a live account and a real problem. You give us your read and defend it.
- Pod day (half a day) — time inside a running pod, meeting the three specialists you would lead.
- Offer (inside a week) — references, then terms.

Include a short note on the largest account you have personally kept, and what nearly lost it. That answer tells us more than the resume does.
