How We Work: Creatify's 10 Principles in Practice
Creatify runs on 10 principles. We use them to make decisions, give feedback and decide who we hire, so if you're thinking about joining, they're the most useful thing on this site to read. Below is each one and what it looks like in the actual work of running TikTok Shop programs for brands.
- Creation is our core We build. We don't maintain. A pod that runs last month's playbook again is falling behind, because what sells on TikTok Shop changes every few weeks. Expect to be asked what you'd build next, not just whether this week's tasks got done.
- We play offense. Always We don't wait for a client to tell us GMV dropped. We spot it first and come with a plan. In practice that means a CSM brings new angles to the brand before they ask, and a Creator Manager starts recruiting for a trend before it peaks.
- Outcome over process Process exists to get results, and we change it when it stops working. Nobody here gets credit for following the SOP perfectly while the campaign misses. You get credit for the result.
- This is competition Every brand we work with is fighting other brands for the same creators, the same buyers and the same feed. We treat it that way. If a competitor's creators are outselling ours, we want to know why by the end of the day.
- Question everything. Assume nothing TikTok Shop is full of advice that was true six months ago. We check the data before we repeat what "everyone knows." New hires are expected to push back, including on us, when the numbers say something different.
- Use what we have. Create what we need We don't wait for the perfect tool or a bigger budget. If a tracker doesn't exist, someone builds one. If a workflow is slow, someone fixes it. Plenty of what our pods use today started as one person's spreadsheet.
- Finished means finished A follow-up sent to half the roster isn't done. A report with a missing brand isn't done. In this business, unfinished work is expensive: samples that never become videos, creators who drift away, clients who lose trust. We close loops.
- Know the threats We name the things that kill good companies so we can catch them early: complacency, ego over mission, energy drainers, fear of bold ideas, and doing too much instead of what matters. If you see one of them at Creatify, say so.
- It will be hard. That's why it's worth doing This job is fast and demanding. Campaigns run on tight cycles, clients expect results, and the platform keeps changing. We don't pretend otherwise. The people who stay are the ones who like that.
- Do great work, and success follows We don't chase vanity metrics or shortcuts. Great creator programs produce sales, sales keep clients, and clients grow the company. Careers here grow the same way. Who this isn't for We'd rather be honest now than lose you in month two. You probably won't enjoy Creatify if you want a predictable routine, prefer to be told exactly what to do, or measure a good day by hours worked instead of results. That's a fine way to work. It's just not how we work. FAQs How does Creatify use its principles day to day? We use them in team calls, feedback and hiring decisions. When two options look equal, the principles usually decide it. Will I be asked about the principles in an interview? Expect questions about how you've worked in the past, and we'll be listening for whether these principles already match how you operate. What kind of person does well at Creatify? Someone who likes ownership, moves fast, checks the data, and finishes what they start. See open roles If you read this list and felt energized instead of tired, we should talk.
